Right of withdrawal
We want you to be satisfied with your order from Pure Goat. If you change your mind, you naturally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.
At Pure Goat, it has always been possible to withdraw from an order within 14 days. However, in some European countries we are required to provide this information on a separate withdrawal page. Therefore, you will find all information regarding your right of withdrawal clearly presented here in one place.
Your Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

If possible, please include your order number. This helps us locate your order more quickly and process your withdrawal efficiently.
You may use our model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired.
What Happens After Withdrawal?
Once we have received your withdrawal request, we will confirm receipt and inform you of the next steps.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs. Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
Returning the Goods
Please return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Please handle the goods as you would in a physical store. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
