We are happy to inform you that since April 2023, we offer free shipping on every order! So it doesn't matter how big or small your order is. Everyone can now enjoy fast and free shipping.

We are working hard to conquer the world sustainably. We deliver our Pure Goat Company follow-on milk for free to addresses in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, France, and Belgium. At the request of many customers, we now also deliver our follow-on milk to holiday destinations in Europe (shipping costs apply).

FREE SHIPPING*

Netherlands: Ordered before 11:00 PM (Mon-Fri), usually means next day home delivery within the Netherlands.

Germany: Ordered before 2:00 PM (Mon-Fri), means the package will be delivered within 2 working days.

Austria: Ordered before 4:00 PM (Mon-Fri), means the package will be delivered within 2-4 working days.

Belgium: Ordered before 11:00 PM (Mon-Fri), means the package will be delivered within 2 working days.

France: Ordered before 10:00 PM (Mon-Fri), means the package will be delivered within 2 working days.

UKOrdered before 6:00 PM (Mon-Fri), means the package will be delivered within 3-4 working days.

*Please note that during holiday periods and festive seasons, including the lead-up to these periods, delivery times may vary. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delays caused by the carrier.

Spain & Portugal: Ordered before 12:00 PM (Mon-Fri), means the package will be delivered within 3-4 working days.

Denmark: Ordered before 7:00 PM (Mon-Fri), means the package will be delivered within 2 working days.

Sweden/Finland: Ordered before 7:00 PM (Mon-Fri), means the package will be delivered within 3 (Sweden) and 4 (Finland) working days.

Italy: Ordered before 4:00 PM (Mon-Fri), means the package will be delivered within 2-3 working days.

Poland: Ordered before 7:00 PM (Mon-Fri), means the package will be delivered within 3 working days.

You can order directly from us online, with or without creating an account. With your account you do not have to fill in all your information every time and you can easily keep track of your orders in 1 overview. Creating an account is allowed, but not required.

Right to cancellation & refund

For all orders placed through our webshop, you can always cancel or return them. You are therefore entitled to a refund under a few conditions. These follow below.


Terms

If you have ordered 1 or more products via our webshop, we will send your order as soon as we have confirmation of your payment. If you still want to cancel your order, please send an email to info@puregoatcompany.com . Please state the order number or forward the original email with our order confirmation. If your order has not yet been processed by the shipping department, you don't have to do anything anymore and we will refund your money.

If we have received your order: you have 14 days from the day of receipt of our products to return your order, see below. If you comply with the conditions, we will in principle refund within 14 days after we have received our products back.

Send back

For returning unopened cans it works as follows:
    1. Download the return form here , print it out and fill it in
    2. Close the can tightly and use the original shipping box if possible
    3. Put the return form with the product in the shipping box
    4. Write the following address on your return shipment:

      Drop off the return shipment at a PostNL location

NB: we always have the original order number so don't forget to include this number on the form. This number is on the order confirmation, which you received by email after your order.


Returning opened cans

Do you have a complaint about an order and have you already opened the can? No problem: close the can as well as possible and return the order via the steps indicated above.

Please indicate on the return form that you have opened the can. In the event of a justified complaint, we will reimburse the full costs. This applies to our Pure Goat Company Complete Infant Milk 1 , Follow-up milk 2 and
Follow-up milk 3 ordered through our webshop.

Not good, money back guarantee

Are you not yet familiar with our brand, but would you like to try our products? Purchase one look and feel free to let your child taste our goat's milk-based formula. Is there nothing wrong with the product, but does your child not like the formula? Then you can use our money-back guarantee. You will then be reimbursed for the tin including shipping costs. We give this guarantee on our Pure Goat Company Follow-on Milk 2 and Follow-up Milk 3 . Unfortunately our Complete Infant Formula 1 is excluded from this guarantee.


What should you do?

To claim our money back guarantee, do the following:

It goes like this:

1. Download it here , print it out and fill it out

2. Indicate that you make use of the money-back guarantee (this is not possible for Complete Infant Formula 1)

3. Close the can tightly and use the original shipping box or other good packaging

4. Put the return form in the shipping box

5. Write the following address on your return

6. Hand in the return shipment at a PostNL location

Once we have received your return, we will do our best to complete your request within 14 days and inform you by e-mail.


Additional conditions money back guarantee

The product must be sent to us within 14 days of receipt or 14 days after direct purchase in the store.

You must have prepared our product according to the instructions on the package. We use a maximum of one (opened) product per person and/or address. If you have ordered several cans at once, you can return them all. We do apply the condition that only 1 can may be open.

NB: contains a returned can Follow-up milk 2 or Follow-up milk 3 less than half of the power supply, then this is not covered by the money back guarantee.

Money Back

We do our best to refund your paid amount as soon as possible via the payment method you used to pay. If that does not work, we will ask you for an account number / IBAN. In principle, we refund within 14 days after we have received our products back.

We reserve the right to amend, discontinue or supplement the conditions of our money-back guarantee in the meantime.
